✅ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം ഒരു പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനത്തിനുള്ളിൽ അപ്പ്രൂവൽ ലഭിക്കും.
SMS വഴി അപേക്ഷയുടെ പുരോഗതി ലഭിക്കും, അംഗീകരിച്ചാൽ eVisa നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇമെയിലിലേക്ക് അയക്കും.

📄 ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ (ഒറിജിനൽ)-for Entry Permit Residence

• ഭാര്യയുടെയും കുട്ടികളുടെയും കളർ പാസ്‌പോർട്ട് കോപ്പികൾ

• വെളുത്ത പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ (ഓരോരുത്തർക്കും)

• സ്പോൺസറിന്റെ ഒറിജിനൽ എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ഐഡി (AMER Centre മുഖേനെയാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിൽ). UAE Pass ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ടൈപ്പിംഗ് സെന്റർ വഴിയാണ് അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ സബ്‌മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്കിൽ സ്‌പോൺസറുടെ എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ഐഡി കോപ്പി മതി. 

• വിവാഹ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് –
  UAE എംബസിയും, UAE ഫോറിൻ അഫയേഴ്സും അറ്റസ്റ്റുചെയ്തത് ആയിരിക്കണം.

• കുട്ടികളുടെ ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (മുകളിലെപോലെ അറ്റസ്റ്റുചെയ്തത്)

• ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ട് (കുറഞ്ഞത് AED 4000 ശമ്പളം വേണം)
  MOHRE വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രിന്റ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.

• സാലറി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (ഫ്രീസോൺ / സെമി ഗവ. / ഗവ. ജീവനക്കാർക്ക്)

• ആദ്യമായാണു ആശ്രിത വിസയിൽ സ്പോൺസർ ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ഫയൽ ഓപ്പൺ ചെയ്യണം. Fees: AED 255.

💰 സ്പോൺസർഷിപ്പ് നിബന്ധനകൾ

• AED 4000 ശമ്പളത്തിൽ പരമാവധി 4 അംഗങ്ങളെ സ്പോൺസർ ചെയ്യാം.

• 5 അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് AED 10,000,
  6 അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് AED 15,000 വേണം.

• അതിലധികം ആയാൽ, GDRFA മുദീറിന്റെ അംഗീകാരം ആവശ്യമാണ്.

⏰ വിസാ പ്രവേശനം & സ്റ്റാമ്പിംഗ്-After Entry

• യൂ എ ഇ യിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച് 60 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ, മെഡിക്കൽ, എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ഐഡി, മെഡിക്കൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ്, പാസ്‌പോർട്ടിൽ വിസ സ്റ്റാമ്പിംഗ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കണം.

• 60 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം, പുതിയ എന്റ്രി പെർമിറ്റ് അപേക്ഷിക്കണം (പഴയത് റദ്ദാക്കേണ്ടതില്ല).

Inside UAE (വിസിറ്റിലോ ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് വിസയിലോ ഉള്ളവർക്ക്)

• അധിക ഫീസ് AED 1017 (Service Charge Extra).

• വിസാ ലഭിച്ച ശേഷം Status Change Form AMER സെന്ററിൽ ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യണം.

• Status Change approval ഇമെയിലിൽ ലഭിക്കും.

• തുടർന്ന് എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ഐഡി, മെഡിക്കൽ, സ്റ്റാമ്പിംഗ് ഫോമുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുക.

അധിക രേഖകൾ ആവശ്യമാണ്:

• AED 3060 ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് ഓരോ കുടുംബാംഗത്തിനും (വിസാ റദ്ദാക്കുമ്പോൾ തിരികെ ലഭിക്കും)

• ട്രേഡ് ലൈസൻസ് കോപ്പി, പാർട്ട്നർ ലിസ്റ്റ്

• എൽ.എൽ.സി അഗ്രിമെന്റ്

• ബാങ്ക് സ്റ്റേറ്റ്മെന്റ് (മൂന്ന് മാസം)

• ഐബാൻ നമ്പർ (IBAN)-international Bank Account Number.

💳 വിസാ ഫീസ്: 

Entry Permit-Outside AED 449 അപേക്ഷകൻ UAEക്ക് പുറത്തതാണെങ്കിൽ

Entry Permit-Inside AED 1090 അപേക്ഷകൻ UAEയിലാണെങ്കിൽ

Status Change: AED 638 അപേക്ഷകൻ UAEയിലാണെങ്കിൽ അധികമായി അടക്കേണ്ടത് (പുറത്ത് പോകുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ)

👩‍👧 18 വയസ്സിന് മുകളിലുള്ള മകളെ സ്പോൺസർ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ –
അവൾ വിവാഹിതയല്ലെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന അറബിക് ലെറ്റർ  സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

👩‍👦 സ്പോൺസർ ഉമ്മയാണെങ്കിൽ –
ഭർത്താവിന്റെ അറബിക് NOC ആവശ്യമാണ്.
ഭർത്താവ് UAEയിലല്ലെങ്കിൽ, അതത് രാജ്യത്തിലെ UAE എംബസിയും UAE ഫോറിൻ അഫയേഴ്സും അറ്റസ്റ്റുചെയ്യണം.

• കുടുംബ വിസാ അപേക്ഷാ പ്രക്രിയ Typing/AMER സെന്ററുകൾ വഴി നിർവഹിക്കാം.

Entry (Residence) Permit for Family of Expatriate Employees

🏠 Application Process

Family residence visa applications can be completed entirely through Typing Centers / AMER Centers.
There is no need to visit the Immigration Office.

✅ After submitting the application, approval is usually granted within one working day.
Applicants will receive SMS updates regarding application progress, and the eVisa will be sent to the applicant’s email upon approval.

📄 Required Original Documents (for Entry Permit - Residence)

• Colored passport copies of wife and children

• White background photographs (each family member)

• Sponsor’s original passport and Emirates ID

• Marriage Certificate attested by the UAE Embassy in the home country and UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs

• Labour Contract showing a minimum salary of AED 4,000 (can be printed from the MOHRE website)

• If applying for a dependent visa for the first time, a File Opening is required (Fees: AED 255)

💰 Sponsorship Conditions

• With a salary of AED 4,000, a sponsor can bring up to 4 family members.

• For 5 family members, the salary must be AED 10,000.

• For 6 family members, the salary must be AED 15,000.

• For more than 6 members, GDRFA Director’s special approval is required.

⏰ Visa Entry & Stamping (After Entry)

After entering the UAE, the following must be completed within 60 days:

• Medical Test

• Emirates ID Application

• Medical Insurance

• Residence Visa Stamping on Passport

If entry is not made within 60 days, a new Entry Permit must be applied for (the old one does not need to be cancelled).

🇦🇪 Inside UAE Applicants (Visit/Tourist Visa Holders)

• Additional fee: AED 1,017 (+ Typing Center service charge)

• After visa approval, a Status Change Form must be typed at the AMER Center.

• Status Change approval will be sent via email.

• Then proceed with Emirates ID, medical, and visa stamping applications.

💼 For Investor / Partner Visa Holders

Additional documents required:

• AED 3,060 deposit per family member (refundable upon visa cancellation)

• Trade License Copy

• Partner List

• LLC Agreement

• 3-Month Bank Statement

• IBAN Number-international Bank Account Number.

• Entry Permit (Outside UAE): AED 449

• Entry Permit (Inside UAE): AED 1,090

• Status Change (Inside UAE): AED 638 (to avoid exiting the country)

• For daughters above 18 years, an Arabic declaration stating she is unmarried must be submitted.

• If the mother is the sponsor, an Arabic NOC from the husband is required.

  • If the husband is outside UAE, the NOC must be attested by the UAE Embassy in that country and UAE MOFA.
